Responsibilities:
- You work independently on projects at the customer’s site in the System Integration department within the network team
- You analyse customer requirements and develop appropriate solution proposals
- In collaboration with customers and engineers, you develop concepts and architectures
- You are responsible for the setup and commissioning of the developed solutions on site at the customer
- Furthermore, you actively support the operation of the customers’ network infrastructures in 2nd and 3rd level support and work closely with specialists, partners, and the manufacturers Huawei and HPE Aruba to analyse and resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree as an IT specialist or a comparable further education in network technology (FH/ETH)
- You also bring at least 4-5 years of professional experience as a network engineer
- Your expertise includes in particular TCP/IP, switching & routing as well as wireless technologies
- You also have experience in project management and are willing to undertake assignments at customer sites in Switzerland. You are also willing to participate in 7x24 on-call duties
- Driving licence class B and impeccable reputation
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
