About the job

For 12 years, Vitaloria has been supporting the residents of the Riviera and the Lausanne region at home. To meet the needs of our patients, we are strengthening our teams and creating new pairs.

Our open positions

Riviera rounds

• 60% — Monday and Tuesday, with every other weekend
• 60% — Monday and Tuesday, or Tuesday and Wednesday, with every other weekend
• New pair — one position at 80% and one position at 60%

Lausanne round

• 60% — Wednesday and Friday, with every other weekend

Evening rounds

• Friday and every other weekend

Long-term accompaniment in pairs

• Echandens — from 8:30 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week
• Bussigny — 24/7 accompaniment, with morning, daytime, night and weekend shifts

Your missions

• Basic care, hygiene and comfort
• Assistance with mobility and daily tasks
• Observation of health status and communication to the referring nurse
• Delegated care according to your training (ASSC)
• Connection with relatives and documentation on tablet

Your profile

• Certificate as CRS health auxiliary, AFP in care and support assistance (ASA) or CFC as assistant in care and community health (ASSC)
• Experience in home care appreciated
• Driving licence and vehicle
• Fluent French
• Good interpersonal skills, reliability and autonomy

What we offer you

• A transparent salary according to the CCT-San (annual base × 13, at 100%, according to recognised experience): CRS Health Auxiliary: CHF 55,003 to 74,672
  ASA: CHF 56,576 to 74,672
  ASSC: CHF 59,839 to 86,554
  CPP supplements are added to these amounts
• Fixed working days and a schedule known in advance
• A stable pair on your round
• 5 weeks of holiday (6 from age 50) and 10 public holidays
• Nights at CHF 5/h + 25% in rest time, Sundays and public holidays at CHF 4/h
• CHF 0.70/km for your travel
• 90% of salary for 720 days in case of illness, Swiss Life insurance
• An annual bonus every 1st January
• An office team close to you (planning, care, HR)
