Head of Turning Department (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in the turning department
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimising manufacturing processes and introducing new technologies
• Training and further development of employees
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or similar
• Experience in leading or supervising a team
• Sound knowledge in programming and operating CNC turning machines
• Experience with CAM systems
• Technical understanding, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoy working together with your team to make a difference
• Good knowledge of German
