Director of Care and Support at 100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and care process
• Development of the care and support domain for our residents
• Quality and productivity controlling (bed occupancy, recording of services in CareCoach)
• Budget compliance and achievement of sector objectives
• Organisation and coordination of various interest groups (relatives, family doctors, other organisations and institutions as well as insurers)
• Management of care staff
• Recruitment and development process of employees
• Close collaboration with management

Your profile

• Qualified nurse with ES diploma or equivalent training recognised by the CRS
• Professional and managerial experience in care for several years, with experience in dementia care being an advantage
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as head of care and support or at least 3 to 4 years’ professional experience as a team leader
• Dynamic manager holding a management certificate
• Native French speaker, knowledge of German is an advantage
• A warm and humourful attitude
• Great empathy and particular ability to work in a team
