• Analysis of faulty or failed electronic assemblies at component and circuit level
• Derivation of the cause of failure based on the failure pattern
• Conducting electrical measurements, visual inspections, and circuit analyses
• Assessment of component failures, thermal or electrical overloads, as well as layout or design issues
• Preparation of detailed reports for internal and external use
• Close cooperation with device and component suppliers
• Analysis and handling of technical malfunctions during operational testing and warranty phase (using internal vehicle diagnostic tools)
• Systematic investigation and evaluation of errors across multiple vehicle fleets

• Completed studies in electronics, embedded systems, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in electronics development, circuit analysis, or assembly diagnostics
• Very good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology
• Confident handling of measuring devices such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer
• Experience in PCB analysis, component selection, soldering technology, and rework
• Experience in systematic fault analysis and documentation
• Very good German skills and good English skills for supplier communication
