YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Analysis of faulty or failed electronic assemblies at component and circuit level
- Derivation of the cause of failure based on the failure pattern
- Conducting electrical measurements, visual inspections, and circuit analyses
- Assessment of component failures, thermal or electrical overloads, as well as layout or design issues
- Preparation of detailed reports for internal and external use
- Close cooperation with device and component suppliers
- Analysis and handling of technical malfunctions during operational testing and warranty phase (using internal vehicle diagnostic tools)
- Systematic investigation and evaluation of errors across multiple vehicle fleets
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in electronics, embedded systems, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in electronics development, circuit analysis, or assembly diagnostics
- Very good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology
- Confident handling of measuring devices such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer
- Experience in PCB analysis, component selection, soldering technology, and rework
- Experience in systematic fault analysis and documentation
- Very good German skills and good English skills for supplier communication
