3D Measurement Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the programming and operation of modern 3D measuring machines as well as computed tomography scanners to ensure the highest precision and product quality. You work closely with customers and internal teams and actively support the further development of quality processes.
Responsibilities:
Programming and operation of 3D measuring machines (optical & tactile) as well as computed tomography scanners
Performing precise measurements and creating first article inspection reports (FAIR)
Developing measurement concepts and coordinating with internal and external partners
Conducting measurement system analyses and maintaining inspection plans and QM documentation
Contributing to quality improvement measures and handling deviations including 8D reports
Qualifications:
Experience in metrology and quality assurance, ideally in the automotive sector
Practical experience programming coordinate measuring machines with PCDMIS and WinWerth
Completed technical basic training, e.g. plastics technologist or polymechanic
Very good German skills (at least C1), additional languages and English skills are an advantage
