Technical Specialist: Network Connection Management (all)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for and assess technical connection requests including calculation of necessary measures in the notification process
• The formal examination, recording, and control of installation notifications as well as safety certificates is a central part of your work
• You process equipment orders, record orders for meter installation, and ensure a smooth workflow
• You expertly evaluate technical installation requests and plan the required measures for safe and efficient implementation
• You coordinate orders between internal and external contact points and act as a contact for technical enquiries.
• You actively contribute to the improvement, further development, and digitalisation of our processes and bring in your ideas

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical fitter EFZ, network electrician EFZ or a comparable electrical qualification
• Ideally, you already have further training in the electrical field, such as safety advisor, electrical project manager, or technician HF
• Sound knowledge of connection and notification processes according to NIV, operational regulations, and relevant standards and ordinances
• A structured, precise way of working with enjoyment in thoroughly checking matters and ensuring compliance with requirements
• A responsible approach to data, processes, and customer concerns characterises you
• You bring very good German or French skills in spoken and written form as well as advanced knowledge of the other language
