Application Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support and further development of central business applications as well as their interfaces and surrounding systems.
Coordination between departments, IT, development teams, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Gathering and analysing requirements and accompanying solutions from conception through testing to productive implementation.
Responsibility for stable application operation including incident, change, and release management.
Identification of optimisation potentials and active further development of applications, processes, and services.
Qualifications:
Degree or higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field.
Several years of experience in application management, business application management, or IT service management.
Experience with business applications and understanding of complex system landscapes is an advantage.
Good knowledge of requirements engineering, business analysis, and the interaction of applications, interfaces, and surrounding systems.
Analytical and structured working style, high initiative, as well as very good German and English skills.
