As a pension and mortgage specialist, you support our clients in important financial decisions. Thanks to your technical skills, you develop tailored solutions in the areas of private and occupational pension provision, home ownership financing, and also support our insurance and pension advisors during client meetings.

What You Can Achieve With Us

Your mission is to provide comprehensive advice to our clients in the fields of pension provision and home ownership financing. You develop individual retirement and financing solutions and also support our corporate clients with questions related to occupational pension provision.

From the initial needs analysis to the conclusion of the insurance, you offer your clients personalised and reliable support. At the same time, you assist our insurance and pension advisors as a competent specialist, thereby creating the necessary foundations for convincing advisory experiences.

Together with the sales team, you develop the pension and mortgage activities of the general agency. In doing so, you ensure professional market handling and compliance with legal and internal regulations.

What You Bring

• Training in the banking or insurance sector, complemented by further education as a financial advisor with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in pension advice and/or mortgage business
• Reliable, able to work independently and entrepreneurially
• Communicative personality, approachable and strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of French and German, other languages are an asset

Your workplace is located in the city centre of Biel. The workload is 80 to 100%. Starting date 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
