About the job
The Schaffhausen Hospitals include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices, as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Each year, we care for around 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. Additionally, we are an important training centre in the canton.

- Individual, practical and theoretical introduction for professional and competent care of patients in demanding, complex care situations in tandem with an expert in intensive care nursing
- Psychosocial support for patients and their relatives
- Interdisciplinary collaboration hand in hand with medical as well as nursing, medical-technical and paramedical professionals
- Insight and work in a medical specialty with the opportunity to start the Intensive Care Nursing NDS further education in spring/autumn 2027
What You Bring to Us
- Completed HF/FH training as a Certified Nurse or equivalent foreign diploma with SRK recognition
- Empathy in dealing with patients requiring intensive care and their relatives
- High motivation and commitment to deepen your expertise, continuously develop yourself and make an important contribution to the success of our intensive care unit
