Fullstack Software Architecture and Development (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the design and implementation of modern fullstack software architectures. You analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement them cleanly across all layers technologically. You are responsible for the quality of the software through clean code structures, automated tests, and sustainable maintainability of the systems. Additionally, you work closely with various stakeholders to translate business and technical needs into efficient, high-performance applications. Through your professional experience, you contribute significantly to further developing existing platforms and leading new features from concept to production.
Responsibilities:
- You develop and optimise sophisticated software solutions across the entire technology stack.
- In this role, you evaluate new technologies and integrate them to continuously improve our systems.
- You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to conceive and implement innovative solutions.
- In this role, you ensure software quality through structured code reviews and consistent application of best practices.
Qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years of project experience in the software field.
- You bring a broad technological understanding of modern software development.
- You present yourself professionally and enjoy working in a team.
- You communicate fluently in German; English skills are an advantage.
- You have a passion for high-quality fullstack development and think independently and solution-oriented.
- Ideally, you know a programming language such as Delphi or C#.
