Your role in the IT operations team

• You are responsible for the stable operation, further development and automation of our IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Azure as well as Windows Server systems & applications.
• You analyse technical challenges, develop sustainable solutions and contribute your own ideas to optimisation processes.
• You handle complex 2nd-level support cases in a solution-oriented manner - also in collaboration with external partners.
• You monitor, maintain and improve our system landscape with regard to performance, security and scalability.
• You accompany IT projects from planning to implementation and independently take on technical sub-areas.
• You document your work comprehensibly and ensure sustainable know-how within the team.

Your profile

• You have completed training in computer science as well as experience as a system engineer or IT administrator in the Microsoft environment.
• You are very familiar with Windows Server, M365 and Microsoft Azure - especially in the areas of administration, troubleshooting and automation.
• You work in a structured manner, think proactively and like to take responsibility in technical matters.
• You bring experience in the implementation of IT projects and see yourself as a service provider with a quality claim.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
