Construction Manager Technician Execution (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
For an established architecture and construction management company, we are looking for an experienced and independent personality as a Project/Construction Manager / Technician Execution. In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the coordination and implementation of construction projects and ensure a structured and smooth project process.
Responsibilities:
Independent project and construction management of building projects
Coordination and leadership of contractors, specialist planners and other project partners involved in the construction
Organisation and control of the execution phase
Monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
Conducting and coordinating tenders and awards
Leading construction and coordination meetings
Checking the professional and timely execution on site
Coordination between client, planning, specialist planners and companies
Accompanying acceptance, defect rectification and project completion
Solution-oriented handling of technical and organisational issues
Qualifications:
Training as a HF Technician in Building Construction, Construction Manager or comparable construction-technical qualification
Sound knowledge in construction management
Several years of experience in Swiss construction industry
Experience in project and/or construction management is an advantage
Enjoyment in leading and coordinating various project participants
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Good German language skills
