IT Specialist Microsoft 365 Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact, you resolve everyday IT issues at our locations in Switzerland
You conduct structured handling of support cases including escalation
You are responsible for all setup and exit activities in the user lifecycle
You help others to fully exploit the potential of the digital working environment
You collaborate on an equal footing with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
Professional qualification in the IT field (EFZ or equivalent) with a focus on user support
Experience in supporting Microsoft cloud services and using modern workplace solutions
German at a professional level (at least C2), French skills are a plus
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams telephony, Azure Active Directory, Intune
