Role:
The company is an established Swiss corporate group focusing on geoinformation, surveying, spatial data management, and digital infrastructure solutions. With high technological competence, many years of experience, and a strong understanding of innovation, it supports public administrations, utility companies, and private organisations in capturing, analysing, and using spatial data.
Responsibilities:
You ensure professional HR administration from contract creation to exit processing.
In this role, you coordinate entries, exits, and internal transfers and take care of references, confirmations, and ongoing documentation.
You handle more complex HR topics such as permits and special administrative constellations and further develop templates and processes.
For payroll, you prepare mutations and control lists and support social insurance and withholding tax matters.
Together with the HR and payroll team, you accompany year-end tasks and handle accident, illness, and daily allowance cases.
Qualifications:
An HR professional qualification or a comparable further education forms your professional basis.
You are well acquainted with payroll processes and the Swiss social insurance system.
Your working style is independent, precise, and structured, while maintaining an overview even with multiple companies.
You are very confident in using MS Office.
You communicate fluently in German.
