We are recruiting: An N40 cleaner may perform the following tasks:

Job description:

As an N40 Cleaner, you are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the site assigned to you. You ensure the application of hygiene measures for the facilities and carry out ancillary tasks according to client requests.

Your main duties:

• Floor stripping
• Carpet shampooing
• Disinfection
• Surface treatment
• Use of specialised machines
• Post-construction cleaning
• Use of single-disc machine
• Use of scrubber-dryer
• Professional window cleaning
• High-level glass surface washing
• Deep cleaning
• Compliance with safety rules
• Good physical condition
• Work autonomously and in a team
• Platform licence / Forklift licence
• Cleaning agent CFC (an advantage)

Essential:

• Driving licence
• Experience in specialised work (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency with single-disc machine and scrubber-dryer
• Floor stripping and restoration

Job conditions:

Location: Geneva

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:35

Work rate: 43 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent contract

According to the collective labour agreement in Swiss Romande Cleaning, the salary is: N40 Cleaner Geneva CHF 4,581.95

Your profile:

Experience in cleaning, specifically post-construction. Possession of platform licence. Rigour in respecting instructions and hygiene and safety rules. Organisational skills and cleaning work methodology. Interpersonal skills (customer focus, discretion, friendliness). Adaptability. Regular availability Monday to Friday.
