Attached to the infrastructure management team, you ensure the technical and operational monitoring of HVAC, Sanitary and Automation installations.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure the daily monitoring of operation, maintenance and execution of minor works.

• Ensure the progress of projects within the given deadlines.

• Guarantee the rigorous updating of technical documentation.

• Participate in site receptions and validate the commissioning of equipment.

Profile sought

• Mastery of HVAC, Sanitary and Building Automation systems (GTC / GTB).

• Strong skills in installation design, coordination and site monitoring.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand functional analyses.

• Very good proficiency with professional IT tools.

• Autonomy, flexibility and very good team spirit.

• Rigour in execution and sense of responsibility.

• Required diploma: BTS (or ES Technician / equivalent).

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in work supervision and HVAC / Automation operation.

• French: Advanced level (Fluent).

• English: Intermediate level.
