Special Machine Project Manager

Your Mission: Management and Technical Excellence

Under the authority of the technical management, you orchestrate the realisation of complex industrial systems, from the design phase to final acceptance on site.

• Operational Management: You assume overall responsibility for the mandates (costs, meeting deadlines and quality compliance).

• Team Coordination: You supervise the work of assigned engineers, ensuring resource optimisation and smooth internal communication.

• Client Interface: As the main contact, you ensure relationship follow-up and regularly report on the progress of developments.

• Expertise & Support: You provide sharp technical support (mechanical/electrical) to overcome technological barriers and guarantee the viability of solutions.

• Field Validation: You manage the testing phases and commissioning, ensuring a seamless transition to client operation.

• Internal Synergy: You work closely with the design office to ensure the reliability of equipment post-delivery.

Your Profile: Technical and Pragmatic Leader

To succeed in this role, you demonstrate a high level of autonomy and a global vision of industrial flows.

• Education: Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in project management within the machine tool sector or industrial equipment construction.

• Language Skills: Operational proficiency in German is essential for technical and client exchanges.

• Tools: Confirmed ease with integrated management systems (ERP) and planning tools.
