What is my role?

• Friendly support and advice to customers at reception, by phone and by e-mail

• Planning and coordination of customer appointments as well as efficient organisation of workshop orders

• Preparation of orders, quotes and invoices for successfully completed work

• Procurement and ordering of spare parts to ensure timely order processing

• Taking on a variety of administrative tasks and maintaining relevant documents

• Support of the spare parts warehouse and deputising when required

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as an automotive specialist/mechatronics technician as well as commercial training

• Ideally professional experience in customer service at a car dealership or in a comparable role

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of personal and telephone contact with customers

• Reliable, precise and efficient working style with a high awareness of quality

• Confident handling of common PC applications

• Team-oriented personality with an independent and responsible working style
