- Coordinate suppliers, venues, invitations, registrations, ticketing and day-of logistics.
- Develop and monitor budgets, commitments and invoices.
- Consolidate participation, satisfaction and budget reports, then propose improvements.
We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:
- Higher education in communication, marketing or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in internal, institutional or HR communication, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
- Excellent writing, summarising and simplification skills.

- Operational knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools; knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an asset.
- Mastery of audiovisual content creation techniques, from editorial preparation to filming and video editing, for internal channels and employer brand.
- Comfort with content creation and layout tools, notably InDesign and Canva; knowledge of Mailchimp and Forms appreciated.
- Comfort with generative AI to design and adapt content and layouts, with a critical eye on quality of results.
- Autonomy, rigour, diplomacy, service orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to advise, negotiate and mobilise various stakeholders without hierarchical links.
We offer you:
- The opportunity to join a recognised and human-sized institution.
- A transversal, visible and concrete role serving the employee experience and employer brand.
