Our three consultation centres are the central service providers within the surgery department. In a total of 25 examination rooms, patients are cared for by various surgical clinics and other outpatient areas. We are looking for an intern to join our team immediately and provide active support.
We offer you the opportunity to enter the administrative and reception-related area of healthcare. You can expect a varied range of tasks with plenty of contact with patients and collaboration within the interdisciplinary team, especially with doctors.

Who we are
Your tasks
- Reception and care of patients in the specialist and private consultations
- Recording and managing patient data as well as coordinating preliminary examinations
- Organisation, replenishment and ordering of medical supplies
- Together with the team, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the consultation centre
Your profile
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are confident in using a PC.
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations and demonstrate your resilience.
- You are flexible, enjoy working in a team, are responsible and actively contribute.
