Medical Application Manager (m/f/d)

You manage the stable operation of clinical specialist applications and further develop their functionality together with the specialist departments.
You capture user needs, question processes and transform them into practical improvements.
You coordinate releases, adjustments, approvals, rollouts and training throughout the entire change process.
You design integrations, interfaces and information flows and ensure comprehensible documentation.
You act as the central link between the clinic, IT, manufacturers and other parties involved and support complex support cases.
Qualifications:
You have training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or a related field.
You have experience in application management, business analysis or optimisation of digital processes.
You understand complex system landscapes and can translate professional needs into technically feasible concepts.
You communicate confidently with different target groups and move confidently between users, IT teams and external partners.
You work independently, prioritise confidently even under time pressure and convince with analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
