What you can achieve: 

- You support our sales managers competently, reliably, and punctually – both in everyday administrative tasks and in planning
- You prepare meaningful reports (e.g. on target achievement), analyse the results, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You independently organise our sales meetings and ensure a convincing appearance with professional presentations and sales materials
- You are the first point of contact for the diverse concerns of our sales managers and find pragmatic, solution-oriented answers
- You actively contribute to internal coordination meetings and contribute to successful collaboration with your ideas and commitment

Your toolkit: 

- A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally initial professional experience in a comparable role
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications – especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- A structured, precise, and efficient way of working as well as enjoyment in working solution-oriented both in a team and with internal contacts
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and ideally French skills 
- An independent, reliable personality who likes to think ahead, keeps an overview, and does not lose focus even in a lively working environment
