You take on the professional and personnel leadership of our team in the area of household contents, personal liability, and building claims. With your expertise, you ensure professional claims handling, further develop our processes, and passionately support your team.

Your tasks

• You lead your team professionally and personally and promote the development of your employees.
• You take responsibility for claims processing in the areas of household contents, personal liability, and buildings and manage complex claims cases.
• You advise and support employees as well as branch offices in demanding claims cases and handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations.
• You conduct on-site claims inspections and make well-founded decisions.
• You continuously develop instructions, guidelines, and standards for high-quality claims handling.
• You plan and lead professional training and further education and contribute your know-how in projects as well as in managing demanding undertakings.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in claims handling for household contents, personal liability, and building claims as well as sound knowledge of liability law.
• You bring experience in claims field service and conducting claims inspections.
• You have completed further training in the insurance sector (e.g. insurance specialist with a federal diploma, insurance economist HF or equivalent).
• You have already participated in projects and ideally have experience in project management as well as in leading employees.
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and convince with an independent and structured way of working.
• You present yourself confidently, work customer-oriented, and enjoy passing on your expertise and supporting employees.
