Altrajob supports its client, a company recognised for its expertise in the construction of metal structures and façades. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:
Metal Construction Site Manager M/F
>>> Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate the various stages of site assembly
- Ensure the preparation of installation files and coordinate deliveries with planning and logistics
- Check the availability and compliance of the equipment needed by the teams
- Supervise the smooth running of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines, standards and current directives
- Participate in site meetings and organise provisional and final inspections
- Ensure the monitoring and transmission of site files to project managers
- Manage and support assembly teams by fostering good team spirit
- Be proactive in improving working methods and field practices
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements
>>> Profile sought:
With at least 5 years of proven experience in assembling metal construction elements, you ideally master different types of structures such as glazed façades, doors, locksmithing, stairs or glazing.
You have natural leadership, excellent organisational skills and enjoy teamwork.
Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented, you are comfortable in an environment where coordination and responsiveness are essential.
