Technical Application Advisor (m/f) Western Region

Your tasks

- Perform tasks planned and organised by the sales office.

- Advise contractors, masons, construction departments, engineers, general contractors as well as cantonal and municipal administrations.

- Analyse customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions in terms of products and systems.

- Provide technical support and develop solutions on construction sites.

- Participate in training sessions, technical presentations and professional events.

- Keep informed about new products, systems and market developments.

- Work closely with internal departments (sales office and silo maintenance) to ensure optimal customer support.

- Prepare visit reports and ensure administrative follow-up of activities.

- Handle complaints and propose appropriate solutions.

Your profile

- Federal VET Diploma as a mason, road builder or equivalent training in the construction field.

- Several years of practical experience in construction.

- Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.

- Experience in technical advice is an advantage.

- Strong interest in concrete products and civil engineering.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

- Autonomous, committed and results-oriented personality.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities and stress.

- Proficiency in French, German is an advantage.

- Ideally aged between 35 and 45 years.

- Ideally residing in the canton of Jura/Neuchâtel/North Vaud.
