To expand our HR team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, motivated and numbers-savvy personality as:
HR Payroll Specialist & Projects (80–100 %)
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you divide your time between operational payroll processing and actively shaping our digital future:
- Payroll & GAV (approx. 50%): You independently carry out the monthly payroll runs for several group companies. You ensure the correct application of the GAV and LMV main construction collective agreements and calculate social insurances, withholding taxes as well as special cases such as bad weather or short-time work compensation.
- System Adjustment & Digitalisation (approx. 50%): You critically analyse existing processes, design efficient digital interfaces between time tracking and the payroll system A3, and accompany the implementation of new digital tools. You also use our in-house AI solution (Bereuter privateGPT) to automate processes.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial basic education as well as a specialised further education in human resources & payroll mandatory
- You bring several years of experience in payroll accounting (ideally in the main construction sector) as well as a pronounced pioneering spirit for system transformations
- Your working style is very precise, discreet and self-responsible
- You communicate confidently in German; additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese or Spanish are a great advantage
