Service Coordinator / Dispatcher (a)

For an internationally active, leading company in the field of complete systems for in-house logistics at the locations Brislach (BL) or Oberwangen (BE), we are looking for a reliable person as a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of the assignments of service technicians for maintenance, repair and troubleshooting
• Evaluation of service reports and conversion into clearly structured insights
• Creation of on-call and deployment plans for optimal organisation of the service teams
• Monitoring of agreed reaction times to ensure the service promise
• Conducting customer discussions and joint problem-solving when required
  

Your skills

• Completed basic technical training with commercial understanding
• Ideally experience in a comparable role, for example in mechanical or plant engineering
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Resilience, independence and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic times
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP and CRM systems
