- Active participation in exciting infrastructure projects
- 2nd level support
- Maintenance and operation of IT infrastructures
- Solving technical problems
- Further development to IT System Engineer

Profile

- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable professional experience
- You have already gained 2-3 years of professional experience in support
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows operating systems, MS Server, MS Office)
- Good knowledge of VMware and experience in the Microsoft 365 environment are advantageous
- Enjoy working with customers
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Driving licence category B is a plus
