As a Health Specialist EFZ, you competently and empathetically support people in acute psychological crises. Together with the interprofessional team, you promote stability, resources, and independence and contribute to professional care.
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with a focus on psychiatry (SRK recognition is required for qualifications obtained abroad)
- Extensive experience in psychiatric nursing and care
- High professional and social competence as well as pronounced self-reflection
- Confident, calm handling of challenging situations
- Responsible, structured, and team-oriented working style
Tasks
- You professionally and needs-orientedly care for and support patients in the acute psychiatric environment
- You participate in primary nursing and implement individual care and support priorities
- You promote a stabilising and therapeutic ward environment
- You act calmly and professionally in crisis situations and with challenging behaviour
- You work closely with nursing, medicine, therapy, and other specialist areas
- You carefully document your nursing services and contribute to high-quality care
