Real Estate Administrator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
Our Rocken partner has many years of experience in the real estate sector and manages its own property portfolio in the canton of Uri. Personal contact with tenants and reliable property management are central. In a small team, you will take on a variety of commercial and administrative tasks. The start date is January/February 2027 or by arrangement; the role is fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as processing creditors, debtors, and rent controls
Preparation of rental contracts, handling correspondence, and tenant support
Conducting apartment viewings and supporting the day-to-day operations of property management
Administrative coordination with the head of the caretaker service
Review of daily and monthly turnover from the gastronomy sector
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training with at least one to two years of subsequent professional experience, ideally in the real estate sector
German at native level as well as a friendly and service-oriented manner in tenant contact
Reliable, flexible, and resilient personality with enjoyment of teamwork
Residence in the canton of Uri, Schwyz, Nidwalden or Obwalden, possibly in the Lucerne city region
