Are you curious about how educational planning and school evaluation work and what data underlie school development? As part of the internship, you have the chance to gain practical insights into the educational landscape and actively contribute to its further development!
Your tasks
- You evaluate the cantonal results of the Stellwerk tests and create school dossiers.
- You actively support our team in conducting system and project evaluations within the framework of educational planning.
- We develop instruments for school quality management and you can contribute here.
- You work on current topics of educational planning and school evaluation.
- You participate in projects of the department.
Your profile
- You have already successfully completed your bachelor’s degree (e.g. teaching diploma, education or another social science).
- Your interest in performance measurement, evaluations, school quality management and statistics is great and you can easily familiarise yourself with new topics and analyse data.
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and are proficient in using R.
- You are strong in communication and express yourself fluently both orally and in writing.
