Job Description

• Working in customer management
• Customer contact with major clients
• Handling and processing complaints
• Forwarding and recording new customers
• Organising special transports
• Address management

We expect

• Experience in clerical work
• Completed commercial training is an advantage but not a must
• Career changers welcome
• Experience with Excel and Word
• French language skills mandatory
• Driving licence an advantage
