Site Manager 100% (M-F)

Based in Sion, we are a group of several companies active in the construction and architecture sector. From the first sketch to the handover of keys, we have all the necessary skills to carry out real estate projects of small or large scale.

To help us continue our development, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure overall management, coordination and site supervision
• Expertise in preparing tenders
• Proven skills in site management
• Development and monitoring of detailed financial plans
• Effective management of statements and invoicing
• Support in project design and planning

Your profile:

• Holder of a site manager certificate or equivalent training
• Federal VET Diploma as a building draughtsman or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, Archicad 27 is an asset
• Driving licence required
