You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT Application Manager. In this role, you take responsibility for the control and operation of ICT applications. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of applications to meet the needs of your organisation. As a professional, you already bring experience in handling complex ICT systems. You are now ready to apply your skills in this demanding role and advance your career.
Responsibilities:
You ensure stable and secure operation of the specialised applications.
You support employees with questions and convey practical user knowledge.
You investigate faults, identify causes and eliminate technical problems.
You manage open cases with external partners and keep track of their processing.
You create analyses, key figures and decision-making bases for operations and training.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or a degree in business informatics.
You bring practical experience from application operations or comparable service functions.
You are familiar with application support, service engineering, usability as well as IT protection and quality standards.
You think in processes, work reliably and enjoy communicating in a team.
You have a very good command of German and can also communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.
