Real Estate Sales & Valuation Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an association that supports property owners throughout the entire lifecycle of their real estate – from acquisition through holding to optimised sale – we are seeking an additional reinforcement for the Eastern Switzerland region by arrangement.
You will advise and support owners as well as prospective buyers throughout the entire sales process, taking on a versatile range of tasks from valuation to marketing. In a dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to specifically develop your potential.
Responsibilities:
You advise and support owners as well as prospective buyers throughout the entire sales process, including comprehensive advice on property ownership
You value owner-occupied properties and prepare value analyses
You acquire new sales mandates
You actively market properties, conduct property viewings and accompany sales mandates
You conduct negotiations and organise notarisation
You organise and implement marketing measures
Qualifications:
one qualificationYou have a vocational qualification, a school-leaving certificate or a university degree
You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate sector (no career changers)
You have a specialised education, e.g. as a real estate marketer with a federal diploma, CAS in real estate valuation or a comparable qualification
You convince as a curious, well-organised and communicative personality with a reliable, independent and service-oriented working style
You communicate confidently in German (French and English are an advantage), are flexible and willing to travel, and hold a category B driving licence as well as your own car
