To support our Fraud Prevention Team in Grosshöchstetten, we are looking for a communicative personality as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as
Fraud Prevention Agent (m/f/d), 100%
These versatile tasks await you:
General tasks:
- Ensuring telephone & written availability in D/E/F during defined opening hours
- Monitoring fraud & loss cases and implementing necessary measures to prevent them
- Monitoring transactions & initiating specific measures for fraud prevention
- Ensuring an efficient fraud prevention & chargeback process
- Supporting customer care in connection with questions about fraud prevention
Specific tasks:
- Posting losses from fraudulent transactions & final dossier control
- Processing fraud cases
- Monitoring systems on about 10 Saturdays per year including handling fraud cases
- Providing on-call services throughout the year 24/7
You inspire us with:
- a completed commercial or equivalent basic training in the financial sector
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking environment
- enjoyment in dealing with customers
- good language skills in D/F/E, spoken and written
- a careful & precise working style
- willingness to work Saturdays and on-call duties
- an independent, resilient, flexible, team-oriented & helpful personality
