Role:
Do you want to combine operational payroll responsibility with modern team leadership? In this key position, you will take on the professional and personnel management of a five-member HR services and payroll team. Together, you ensure reliable personnel, payroll, and insurance administration for the Swiss companies of an established transport and logistics company.
Besides day-to-day business, you will have plenty of scope to further develop existing processes, drive HR projects forward, and sustainably improve collaboration within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
You lead a five-member HR services and payroll team both professionally and personally
You ensure correct personnel, payroll, and insurance administration for the whole of Switzerland
You work operationally in personnel administration and payroll for around 150 employees
You are responsible for year-end tasks, audits, and relevant control processes
You prepare HR key figures, statistics, and decision-making bases for management
You work closely with the HR Director as well as internal and external stakeholders
You lead HR projects and continuously develop processes, workflows, and systems
Qualifications:
You have at least five years of professional experience in payroll, HR services, or personnel administration
You hold an HR specialist certificate or a comparable further qualification
You bring initial or several years of personnel leadership experience as well as sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
You work independently, responsibly, and precisely and convince with an appreciative, development-oriented leadership style
You communicate confidently in German and have good French and/or Italian skills
