Reception Assistant
Office of Civil Engineering | 80% | Chur
The Technical Office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of cantonal roads, as well as hydraulic works and slow mobility in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton presents in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As an office certified with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For this reason, we are committed to systematic health management in the company (GSA).
For the services division in the central services section, we are looking for a Reception Assistant from 1 August 2026 or by agreement.
- Professional reception of users (telephone/counter)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Support regarding public tenders and opening of bids
- Handling and support in administrative activities within the services division
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Enjoyment in contact with users and service-oriented activities
- Reliable and precise working method
- Motivation to familiarise yourself with new fields of activity
- Independent and flexible personality
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
- Usually available from Tuesday to Friday
