Nurse HF/FH 60–100 % is sought who brings their expertise both directly in nursing and in the professional support of the teams. 

Your tasks with the new employer

• Advise and support nursing teams in palliative and complex care situations and assist them with professional assessments and decisions 
• Apply your expertise directly with residents and clients and provide practical nursing support if needed 
• Continuously develop the existing palliative care culture and the associated concept 
• Strengthen the professional competence of employees and promote exchange with the nursing expert and other involved professionals 

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a Nurse HF/FH and experience in long-term care 
• Further training in Palliative Care at CAS level or willingness to complete it 
• Several years of professional experience and sound expertise in the field of palliative care 
• Enjoy combining direct nursing, specialist advice and conceptual tasks
