Property Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks- Independent execution of various administrative tasks related to property management
- Active participation in re-letting: organising and conducting viewings of apartments, office/commercial spaces and ancillary objects with interested parties
- Drafting lease agreements (apartments and annexes), including appendices and amendments
- Conducting inventory reports (move-in and move-out) independently
- Preparation of final statements for tenants
- Checking heating and ancillary cost statements
- Participation in debtor and creditor management, including follow-up on payment reminders
- Claims management
- Professional communication (written and oral) with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
- Support to the property manager in various routine tasks
Requirements
- Federal VET diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training, ideally in the real estate sector
- Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of tenancy law
- Proficiency in common IT tools (especially MS Office); experience with GREM is an advantage
- Organisational skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an advantage
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle essential
