- You contribute to the timely preparation of daily changing menus in compliance with the city’s nutritional guidelines and manage the delivery of meals.
- You impart professional skills, demonstrate quality awareness, and contribute to a respectful and motivating working environment.
- You share responsibility for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations and for maintaining and continuously improving our quality standards in production and business processes.
- Your work directly contributes to the professional integration of people with a migration background.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in supporting and promoting people as well as interest in developing further in a work-pedagogical environment
- Experience in quality control and process optimisation
- German language skills at least level B1 (spoken and written)
- Motivated personality with self-drive and enthusiasm for tackling and developing things further
- High social competence, teamwork skills, resilience, as well as enjoyment and interest in working with people from different cultures
- Driving licence category B
- Willingness to work irregular hours: Monday to Sunday between 7.30 am and 4.30 pm

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ’s financial possibilities.
