What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as an ERP Application Manager to drive digital transformation and elevate the IT landscape to the next level:

• You are responsible for the strategic development and optimisation of modern ERP systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365

• As a central interface, you manage all ERP-relevant topics across country borders and bring international locations together

• From first to third level support, you analyse challenges and develop sustainable solutions

• You drive pioneering IT projects forward, work interdisciplinarily and create real added value

• You build your expert team, further develop ERP specialists and establish a vibrant knowledge culture

• Intelligent capacity management enables you to set priorities and successfully manage projects

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with the right mix of technical know-how and strategic thinking:

• Completed studies (technical, economic) or comparable qualification

• Profound expertise in modern ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Proven experience in managing complex ERP implementations

• Experience in international structures and coordinating cross-border teams

• Analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style

• Flexibility for location-independent work and personal responsibility
