Project Manager Sanitary 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take primary responsibility for the high-quality realisation of all planned sanitary projects while keeping an eye on efficiency and costs.

• You are the first point of contact for our clients and support them from the beginning to the end of the project, including attending construction meetings with clients, architects or planners

• You assist with the deployment planning of the installers and are responsible for the scheduling of the employees on your projects

• You independently plan, calculate, and offer smaller projects and handle their billing

What do I need to be successful?

Successfully completed vocational training as a sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary

• Professional experience as a project manager or a higher professional qualification (e.g. master craftsman, technician HF, building services project manager or chief foreman)

• Ideally interdisciplinary knowledge in building services (sanitary)

• Independent and reliable working style

• Enjoyment of a lively working environment - hectic and an unpredictable daily routine do not deter you but motivate you

• Strong customer orientation, very good manners as well as a well-groomed and confident appearance
