Operator / Electroplating Technician (M/F) - High Precision Surface Treatment

At the heart of a demanding environment serving prestigious sectors (watchmaking, medical, aerospace), you will play a key role in surface treatment, bath management, and analytical control to ensure impeccable production quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Production & Treatments: Perform bath processes for high-precision parts strictly following plans, sector standards, and procedures issued on the tracking software (GGAO).

• Preparation & Chemistry: Prepare, regenerate, and adjust electroplating baths and chemical machining solutions in strict compliance with safety instructions and handling of hazardous products.

• Analysis & Quality Control: Conduct internal analytical monitoring of electroplating baths, chemical machining solutions, and wastewaters, and make necessary corrections.

• Finishing & Micromechanics: Participate in mechanical finishing operations (sandblasting, manual or automatic microblasting, tribofinishing).

• Maintenance & Environment: Ensure first-level maintenance of lines and tooling, and contribute to the proper functioning of the water pretreatment and demineralised water production station in collaboration with the maintenance department.

• Training & Experience: Training in surface treatment (Electroplating CFC, Vocational Baccalaureate / BTS in Surface Treatment) or equivalent significant experience in a demanding industrial environment.

• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of chemistry, mastery of safety related to hazardous chemical products, and ease with production management IT tools (such as GGAO).

• Personal qualities: Demonstrating rigour, organisation, initiative, and a very good team spirit.
