For our client, a modern CNC manufacturing company, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and independent personality for the establishment and further development of quality assurance. You will have plenty of scope for design and the opportunity to build and sustainably establish structures and processes from scratch.

Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Establishment and further development of a structured QA system
• Introduction and optimisation of quality processes and standards
• Implementation and further development of the requirements according to ISO 9001
• Creation of test plans, test regulations and quality documentation
• Planning and execution of incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections
• Execution and documentation of measurements and quality controls
• Handling of complaints and deviations as well as initiation of corrective actions
• Support of production in quality issues and process optimisations
• Preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits
• Collaboration with customers and suppliers on quality-relevant topics
• Independent analysis and resolution of quality problems
• Continuous improvement of quality processes

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the CNC/machining industry
• Experience in building or further developing a QA/QM system
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001
• Technical training with further education in quality, metrology or quality management is an advantage
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as technical drawings
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Independent decision-making and working style
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
