In this role, you will work in a cool, dynamic, and young team in an innovative company in the automotive supplier industry and actively shape a modern, future-oriented system landscape. You will take on exciting IT projects in an international, agile SME and can also benefit from home office options. Responsibilities:
Design and reliable operation of a hybrid system landscape with local infrastructure components and Microsoft Azure services
Technical leadership of infrastructure projects as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies for a future-proof IT environment
Further development of server and virtualisation platforms as well as automation of recurring operational, monitoring, and administration tasks
Strengthening IT security through technical protective measures, system hardening, and support in detecting and handling security incidents
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and several years of professional experience in system engineering or a comparable infrastructure role
Broad technical understanding of Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, as well as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Solid know-how in network technologies and security – especially routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and WLAN
Hands-on-oriented and independent personality with team spirit as well as good German and English skills
