On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Geneva agency is looking for a:

- Diploma in cooking (AFP / CAP, CFC or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional or gourmet catering
- Good command of culinary techniques
- Rigorous, organised, team spirit
- Creative, with a real passion for the profession - Ensure culinary production at your station (hot, cold, garnish, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Participate in the development of menus and dishes
- Manage stocks and orders for your station
- Supervise commis and apprentices if necessary
- Guarantee consistency and quality of preparations
