We are looking for committed and reliable individuals as soon as possible for the position of

Overhead Line Installer Copper and Fibre Optics (m/f/d)

Regions: Bern, Aargau, Zurich Oberland and/or Eastern Switzerland (preferred region can be specified in the application).

Your tasks

• Locating and resolving faults on overhead lines (copper & fibre optics)

• Repairing damaged cables, joints and distribution points

• Assembly, disassembly and maintenance of overhead line networks

• Working on masts, facades and support systems

• Performing measurements and tests (OTDR, copper measurements)

• Willingness to be on call

Your profile

• Experience in overhead line construction or maintenance (copper and/or fibre optic)

• Experience in copper technology (e.g. xDSL, line testing)

• Good knowledge of fibre optic splicing and measurement methods

• Experience in fault service is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness for on-call duty and work outside regular hours

• Good German language skills (French and/or Italian an advantage)

• Driving licence category B
