YOUR TASKS
- Consultation in specialised nursing situations
- High degree of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
- Support of trainees and students in nursing education
- Conducting internal departmental evaluations as well as specialised short training courses
- Taking on additional tasks on behalf of management
In your additional role as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following activities:
- Support of trainees and students in nursing education Conducting internal departmental evaluations as well as specialised short training courses
- Competent guidance and support of HF nursing students and health specialist trainees both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training
- Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
- At least two years of professional experience in acute care
- Vocational pedagogical training: Vocational trainer SVEB 1 or willingness to complete this
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Interest and motivation to accompany developmental and learning processes of nursing trainees and students
- Openness, communication, commitment, and reliability
